Galeria Siemianowice – Media Expert, Martes Sport and 4F participate in the project

The purchase offer of Galeria Siemianowice, the new Acteeum shopping center, developed in collaboration with Falcon Investment Management, has been enriched with new brands. Thanks to the new leases signed, the Media Expert, Martes Sport and 4F brands will open their stores in the Siemianowice Power Center with a total area of ​​more than 1,900 m².

The construction of the Siemianowice shopping center will start in 2022 and the opening is planned for the second half of 2023.

Continuing the dynamic commercialization of the retail facilities currently under construction in collaboration with its partners such as Power Center, Acteeum is also expanding the group of tenants of Galeria Siemianowice. Under the recently signed leases, three more popular brands will join the Siemianowice shopping complex.
The retail offer of the Siemianowice shopping center will be enriched with a consumer electronics store Media Expert and 2 stores from the sports industry – Martes Sport and 4F. These brands will offer their goods in modern and spacious stores with a total surface area of ​​over 1,900 m². increasing the shopping attractiveness of Galeria Siemianowice, but also expanding its market positions on the scale of Siemianowice and the surrounding region.

More than a year before the opening, we are finalizing the lease agreements with tenants with whom we have already agreed the terms of cooperation. Galeria Siemianowice is a modern project implemented in the Power Center formula, with a total area of ​​​​18 thousand. GLA will provide everything customers need – from a modern and spacious Lidl supermarket with an area of ​​more than 2,000. m², through a wide range of fashion stores such as New Yorker, Sinsay, Cropp, House of Smyk, home appliances, consumer electronics, sports, drugstore, media and discount brands, to a major home and garden store. In addition, there will be a drive-in restaurant, approximately 550 parking spaces, a gas station and infrastructure for charging electric vehicles within Galeria Siemieniowce. The project also includes areas for relaxation, entertainment, games and activities for children, gastronomy and many interesting small architectural solutions.

The plot on which Galeria Siemianowice is being built is located in the center of Siemianowice – just a 650m walk from the town square, next to Skargi Square, at the intersection of Katowicka, Staszica and Waryńskiego streets. In the immediate vicinity of the Gallery there are stops for public transport – bus and tram, and the surrounding streets provide excellent access to both the city and the entire metropolitan center of Upper Silesia.
The Siemianowice shopping center will occupy more than 280,000 square meters. inhabitants of the city and the region of Upper Silesia.
The facility is scheduled to open in the second half of 2023.
