Horała on CPK: This project is against the interests of Germany and Russia

As he added, the claim that CPK it brings losses by bearing the cost of works (so far planning and design), “this is absurd”. The deputy head of the Ministry of Infrastructure stressed that according to EU standards, it is a maximum of 10 percent in investment, planning and preparatory work before the start of construction. cost. If we counted that, then on the scale of the investment program, the company would suffer + several billion losses +; it won’t be like that Horała assured.

Horała on the Commission of Inquiry: Anyone can be appointed

The government’s nominee for the CPK also referred to the idea of ​​PSL leader Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz, who proposed the appointment of a commission of inquiry into the company’s costs. He also indicated that CPK project is economically contrary to the interests of Germany. CPK is being built between Warsaw and Łódź and will integrate air, rail and road transport as planned. As part of this project, 37 km west of Warsaw, in an area of ​​approx. 3,000. ha, the Solidarność Airport will be built, which in the first phase will be able to handle 40 million passengers per year. The STH will also include investments in rail: a hub in the immediate vicinity of the airport and connections within the country, enabling travel between Warsaw and major Polish cities in no more than 2.5 hours. The investment should enable the creation of approximately 300 thousand. new jobs. Airport City is also being built in the STH area. The CPK will be built in 2027, together with the construction of the necessary connections with the parts of the rail and road network.
