The project will be carried out at 200 filling stations in Orlen by the end of August.
As part of this new service, “communication with customers at the group’s gas stations is carried out with interactive video assistants”, and their role is played by famous athletes: athlete Justyna Święty-Ersetic and rally driver Mikołaj “Miko” Marczyk.
The project was created as part of Orlen Skylight Akcelerator
PKN Orlen noted that the pilot project of a virtual video robot has been implemented in the startup acceleration program Orlen Skylight Akcelerator. “The solution will help and encourage customers visiting Orlen service stations to activate the +Mikroflota+ program. The project will be implemented at 200 selected Orlen service stations across Poland and will last until August 31, 2022.” – reported the concern.
The Orlen Skylight Accelerator acceleration program has been running for almost a year and so far four recruitment rounds have been completed, receiving approx. 260 applications from startups from Poland and abroad – companies have had the opportunity to respond to nearly 70 technology challenges in areas such as retail, logistics, petrochemical sales or energy.
“As a result of the evaluation of the submitted applications, PKN Orlen has decided to launch 14 pilot implementations” – explained the concern.
At the launch of Orlen Skylight Accelerator in July 2021, PKN Orlen informed Orlen that a total of 11 acceleration rounds are planned, planned until 2023, and that the budget of the entire program is 4.5 million PLN.

How do you use a video bot?
Customers who, after scanning the QR code, visit the PKN Orlen service stations selected for the pilot, among other things, place in at the cash registers, on the mirrors, in the Stop Cafe area, they are automatically redirected to the website www.mikroflota .orlen.pl.
“Interactive video bot is an intelligent application that automatically adapts video content to the needs of service station customers, streamlining the application process for the “Mikroflota” program, said PKN Orlen.
According to the group, “Using the interactive video format to communicate with Orlen service station customers is a modern marketing and business channel, making it easier and faster to reach content recipients.”

We have launched a new format in Warsaw #ORLENwMotion. By the end of the year, we plan to open about fifty such points across Poland. The new freestanding block allows customers to enter and freely choose products from the extensive range pic.twitter.com/bVk2P0cmIY
