The Bialystok tax office has auctioned off a house belonging to a couple in debt. The single-family house has a usable floor area of ​​93.2 m2. The house is on one level and has a wooden structure, without a cellar. It consists of 3 bedrooms, a living room, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a boiler room and a carport adjacent to the building. It is located on a plot of 0.10 ha in the village of Dzikie Kolonia in the municipality of Choroszcz.

The value of the estimated real estate is PLN 473,100. However, you can offer it 25% cheaper as the starting price is PLN 354,825. Importantly, the person participating in the auction must submit a bid guarantee worth 1/10 of the total, ie 47 310 PLN.

The auction will take place on September 8 at 10 am in the building of the second tax office in Białystok at ul. Plażowa 17.

You can auction a house worth more than 700 thousand. zloty

Another real estate auctioned by the IRS also belongs to a debtor couple. The plot with an area of ​​0.7110 ha is located in Rafałówka (Municipality of Zabłudów). There is a single-family house on it with a usable area of ​​218.45 m2 – it consists of a ground floor, a living attic and a cellar.

The property is worth PLN 710,700. However, the starting price in the first auction is 3/4 of the estimated value, which is PLN 533,025. Interested persons must pay a bid guarantee of 1/10 of the total, ie the amount of PLN 71,070.

The first real estate auction will take place on September 7 at 1.00 in the building of the second tax office in Białystok at ul. Plażowa 17.

Real estate in Suraż

The Treasury has also put up for auction a 3/4 share of the land holdings with an area of ​​0.3911 ha, located in Suraż at ul. Nov 11th. On the plot is a single-family house with a usable area of ​​122.94 m2, built in 1968, renovated and rebuilt at the end of 2000. It comprises the ground floor, where there is an entrance hall, a kitchen with a living room, a bathroom and a bedroom. There are two bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. In addition, there are three outbuildings on the plot (a hen house, a barn and a garage and storage room).

The value of the estimated share of the property is PLN 275,700. In turn, the starting price of the property is 70% of its estimated value, ie PLN 192,990. In order to participate in the auction, a deposit of up to PLN 27,570 must be paid.

The property found no buyers the first time. The second auction will take place on September 14 at 10:00 am in the building of the second tax office in Białystok at ul. Plażowa 17.

Will someone buy half the house with a lot on the second try?

Half of the share of the developed part of the real estate in Kamionka Stara (Sokółka Municipality) will be put up for sale. The plot has an area of ​​0.3570 ha. There is a house with a fence on it, two entrance gates, and the rest of the grounds are grass, trees and ornamental thyme. The residential building is a ground floor building with a development area of ​​approximately 100 m2 and a usable area of ​​approximately 90 m2. On the ground floor of a residential building there are: kitchen, 3 bedrooms, bathroom and veranda. The house also has an unused attic.

In addition, the plot has an outbuilding with a wooden construction with an area of ​​approximately 100 m2 and a covered outbuilding with an area of ​​16 m2.

The estimated value of 1/2’s share of ownership of the property in question is PLN 107,730. The starting price, in turn, is PLN 75,411. The bidder participating in the bidding must make a deposit of 1/10 of the value, ie 10,773 PLN.

Half of the agricultural parcel

In addition to homes, undeveloped lots can also be auctioned. One of them is half owned land and agricultural property with a total area of ​​1.0400 ha, located in the village of Klejniki (municipality of Czyże). The shape of the plot is an elongated parallelogram. The downside is no access to a public road. The plot is surrounded by meadows and cultivated land. The location and location is very good, as is the generic diversity of land use and soil culture.

The estimated value of half of the property is PLN 13,687. However, the starting price is 75% of the estimated value of the share and is 10,265 PLN. The bidder participating in the auction must submit a tender guarantee in the amount of PLN 1369.

The auction will take place on August 24 at 10 am in the building of the tax office in Bielsk Podlaski at ul. Mickiewicza 33.

Third time lucky?

Under the hammer – for the third time – part of half of the land that has been developed with a single-family home from the 1960s is under the hammer. The house consists of an above ground floor, it has a partial basement, without attic. The plot has an area of ​​0.1116 ha and is located in Michałów at ul. School.

The value of the estimated share of the property is PLN 87,674.50. The starting price of the property in the third auction is 65% of its estimated value, ie PLN 56,988. The person interested in the property must submit a bid guarantee worth 1/10 of the total estimated value, i.e. the amount of PLN 8,767.

1/6 of the house with a plot in Białystok

A 1/6 share of the land has also been developed with a single-family house with a usable area of ​​109 m2. The plot has an area of ​​0.0528 ha and is located in Białystok at ul. makowa.

The value of the estimated share of the property is PLN 42,350. The starting price of the property in the first auction, in turn, is PLN 31,762.50. Auction participants must submit a bid guarantee worth 1/10 of the total estimated value of the property, ie the amount of PLN 4,235.

One-fifth of the share worth more than Zloty 200,000

The latest offer from the tax authorities concerns a share of 17609/82041 parts (ie about 20%) of the land holdings in Białystok at ul. Elevatorska. The territory is owned by the debtor. The plot has a total usable area of ​​0.7239 ha. It is a ground floor building with an area of ​​177 m2, built in 1978 and has a utility function. It houses a transformer station and a utility room. In addition, the property includes paved access roads, maneuvering areas and parking spaces with a total area of ​​approximately 6,700 m2.

The estimated value of the share is PLN 201,500 net + VAT, which is a total of PLN 247,845. The price of the call is PLN 185,883.75 gross. The bidder participating in the auction must submit a tender guarantee in the amount of 24 784.50 PLN. The sale of real estate is subject to tax on goods and services at the rate of 23%.
