As the magistrate of Łódź announces, everyone will find something for themselves on Piotrkowska Street this summer. Łódź has prepared attractions that will not only be filled on weekends. Concerts, stand-ups and fairytale performances are just around the corner. Below you will find event descriptions and their program. This is what is happening in the center of Łódź in July and August 2022!
Concerts ódź: “Piotrkowska Kameralnie”
Every Wednesday of the summer holidays, from July 6, open-air concerts of the series “Piotrkowska Kameralnie” will be held in Rubinstein’s Passage, presenting different musical genres (from classical to jazz and smooth). As part of this series, 9 concerts will be held in the center of Łódź. In case of bad weather, the event will be moved to the club “Siódemki” in Piotrkowska 77. The concerts always start at. 8 p.m.

Events Łódź: “Stand-up Piotrkowska”
As part of the summer stand-up scene, from 2018 you can see the most popular Polish comedians live on Piotrkowska Street. It won’t be any different this year, and the “Stand-up Piotrkowska” series returns to Rubinstein’s Passage on July 7 to entertain the crowds that have gathered in the property’s gardens on every holiday. This year, 9 comedians will present their programs and the whole event will be hosted by Adam Gajda, a well-known of Polish stand-up fans. Concerts Songwriter ódź Festival
On Saturday evening, from July 2, the intersection Piotrkowska – Traugutta will be the musical stop of the Songwriter Łódź Festival. The series of open-air concerts “under the clock” has become part of the weekend plans of the inhabitants of Lodz, who start their evening on Piotrkowska Street with a close meeting with the authors of their original songs. At Piotrkowska by Woonerfa, the inhabitants of Łódź can listen to material from 6 Polish and 3 foreign “songwriters” who perform their own written music. Attractions for children: “Baśniowa Piotrkowska”
Already on June 27, “Fairy-tale Piotrkowska” returns to Piotrkowska St. with educational open-air theaters and different themes. Fairy-tale Rose Passage’s program includes performances by renowned children’s theaters, whose characters have important life lessons and the most important values that a little person should know. so far associated with two locations, whose viewers undeniably preferred the magical Rose Passage. Due to numerous requests, the location of the event is still being determined.
