I mean primarily families with children, who usually choose their own house with a garden, which later becomes the destination, where everyone has their own room and just more freedom – says Tomasz Pietrzyński, member of the board of directors of More Place .

More Place is being developed by Osiedle Przy Jeziorach in Poznań, located on Golęczewska Street and at the same time close to Strzeszyn. Each unit has a surface area of ​​more than 110 m², with a classic spatial design on two levels. Buyers can choose from two room layouts, including four or five rooms, respectively. On the first floor of the building are two bedrooms and a bathroom. On the ground floor, in addition to the living room, kitchen and bathroom, there will also be a room and a dressing room or, in the second variant, two rooms.

– Thanks to such a design, it is easy to arrange a separate office for work, a hobby room or a separate mini-cinema at home. We offer additional solutions for future residents. A separate dressing room, a room with a washing and drying function, contribute to the ease of use of the home. When planning the investment, we knew that customers would be looking for a destination for themselves and the whole family, and we knew what criteria would guide them when making such a choice – emphasizes Tomasz Pietrzyński.

The More Place representative believes that you should also take additional aspects into account when choosing a residential destination. These are: infrastructure, implementation standard of the buildings and common parts, experience of the developer in the realization of residential areas or location. Since we are once looking for a home for the whole family, let it be a well-considered choice in all respects.

– In this case, it is not worth making compromises, because we are talking about a large investment that will last for years. That’s why we created Osiedle Przy Jeziorach, analyzing every detail – explains Tomasz Pietrzyński.

The estate on Golęczewska Street in Poznań is fenced, the car can only be entered through the gate with access control. The investment will be built with full infrastructure, as evidenced by the first and second phases.

– Almost half of the 28 two-room buildings are ready, we also have a show house available to our clients. Our capital is a lot of experience, from which we draw and share with clients, answer their questions and give advice at every stage of the real estate purchase – says Tomasz Pietrzyński.

It is worth noting that the construction of the third phase is underway in Osiedle Przy Jeziorach and selected buildings are for sale at a gross price of PLN 6,060/sqm. Each of them will be located on a large plot of 451 to 507 m², which will give you additional opportunities to rest in your own garden. Construction of the estate will be completed in 2023.
